Smart Sleep Coach is no longer available to download. Pampers says existing users can keep using it until 11:59pm EST on 30 Nov 2026. Before then, save your weekly and monthly data from the Patterns view, and screenshot your plan. To keep logging sleep, Milkstop is a free shared log for naps, nights, feeds and nappies (diapers).

What to use instead of Smart Sleep Coach
Baby sleep apps tend to do one of two jobs. Go with the one you used most.
- You want schedules, plans or coaching. Look at a sleep-schedule app. Milkstop doesn't do this. Our sleep log vs sleep-schedule apps explainer covers the difference.
- You just want a shared record of sleep and feeds. A free log covers it. That's what Milkstop is.

Keeping a free sleep log in Milkstop
Sleep sits in the same log as feeds, nappies and growth, so you can see the whole day in one place.
- Start and stop a sleep. Start one from the dock when your baby goes down, and stop it when they wake. The log sheet opens filled in. You can also add a sleep afterwards with a start and end time.
- Per baby. No set limit on how many babies you can add, so twins and siblings each get their own log.
- Shared with your household. Partners and carers join with your invite code. You can see who logged each entry.
- Works offline. Keep logging with no signal. It syncs when you're back online with the app open.
- Look back. Timeline and Trends show sleep alongside feeds and nappies. Unlimited history.
- Export. Download your records as CSV or PDF.
What Milkstop doesn't do: it can't import other apps' data, and it doesn't predict naps, make sleep schedules or sleep plans, coach or give sleep advice. There's no Apple Watch app.
It's a personal log, not medical advice. If you have questions about your baby's sleep, talk to your midwife, child health nurse, paediatrician or GP.
